AT THE MARKET
Our “Valerie at the Market” line was launched in 2009, and is made up of our preserves and a rotating selection of pastries. Available in our boutique and at local farmers’ markets, the preserves and pastries use fruits, vegetables and produce sourced from local Farmers’ Markets, often from farmers that we participate in the markets alongside. Preserve flavors are seasonal, and all made by hand, in small batches. Popular selections include Blushing Berry (Raspberries, Rhubarb, Rose Petals and Chambord), Black and Blue (Blackberries and Blueberries), and Strawberry Rhubarb. Our Strawberry Vanilla Bean Jam was named the "Best in LA" by Los Angeles Magazine. Our preserves and our weekly market menu reflect our commitment to using quality local and seasonal produce and ingredients whenever possible.
We began selling at the Hollywood Farmers’ Market and at the Santa Monica Farmers’ Market in 2010, were you can still find us every weekend.

All of our preserves are made with local organic fruit, and are created by hand in small batches, in limited quantities.
