Both of their new locations serve breakfast and lunch, as well as pastries, cakes, and other specialty items. Valerie's first cookbook, Sweet, was released by Artisan Publishing in 2013, and is a James Beard Award Finalist. Valerie is excited to offer this special class at her newest location, Valerie Echo Park. Created exclusively for Citi members, your whole family can enjoy this one-time session. You'll learn how to make your own pies at home, by preparing two delicious seasonal pies. Start with the basics of pie dough, make easy fruit filling, and learn several crimping techniques. Open to adults and children over 5. $75 per person, 8 people maximum. Class will be approximately 2 hours. Tickets will be sold in groups of 2, with the option to add additional single participants to your group. Included in the session is a signed copy of SWEET, Valerie's James Beard Award nominated cookbook.
