Good Mix marks our third collaboration with Commune Design.
Good Mix began as a variation on chocolate granola, and ended up as a gluten free chocolate snack: Intense chocolate flavor, both sweet and savory, in addictively crunchy bites. GOOD MIX is a slow roasted blend of almonds, pumpkin seeds, light brown sugar, and bittersweet chocolate, accented in flavor and texture by cocoa powder, cocoa nibs, vanilla paste, and sea salt.
We are delighted to introduce Sandwiches, the fourth product in an ongoing collaboration between Valerie Confections and Commune. Designed and created in Los Angeles but deeply inspired by the ingredients and packaging of Japan, Sandwiches are truly a unique cookie that is equally compelling in taste and design.
The sandwiches are each composed of two almond and toasted brown rice cookies, filled in the center with matcha white chocolate, then hand-dipped in darkened milk chocolate, and finished with soy salt. Each box contains five sandwiches. Learn More
