DELIVERY INFORMATION

As most or our shipments are heat sensitive, it is best to ship them to a location where someone will be available to receive the package, preferably a business address (as these packages are also delivered earlier in the day).  When shipping to Residential Addresses, we always send items using Shipper Release, which means that the delivery driver is authorized to leave the package unattended, to prevent any delays in delivery.
