SHOPPING CART

When shopping at valerieconfections.com, items that you select for purchase are initially added to your Shopping Cart.  Items will remain here until they are purchased or removed from your Cart.  Your Cart is always accessible as you continue to shop by selecting the pink Shopping Bag icon, located on the upper right menu.  From the Shopping Cart, you are able to:

○      Adjust the quantity of items

○      Apply any applicable discount codes

○      Receive an estimate of shipping charges

○      Continue Shopping

○      Begin the Checkout Process

 

CHECKOUT

After reviewing your Shopping Cart, please select the Proceed to Checkout button on the upper right portion of your screen.  If you have already logged in to your account, you’ll begin the payment process, beginning with being able to quickly confirm Billing and Shipping information from your prior orders.

If you aren’t logged in to your account, you may log in on the following page, with your email address and password.  If you haven’t yet created an account, prior to checking out you’ll be given the option to either Checkout as a Guest or Register.  When you Register, you’ll be able to save your Billing Address and Multiple Shipping Addresses, as well as having the ability to review prior orders, and track orders in process.

REDEEMING A GIFT CARD

If you purchased a Gift Card, or received one as a gift, you’ll be able to enter the code in lieu of Credit Card information when checking out.  Gift Cards are redeemable for all products on our website, and any unused balance will remain available, although Gift Cards may not be redeemed for cash value.  To check any available balance, click here, or select the Gift Cards link in our online shop.                  

REDEEMING A DISCOUNT CODE

From time to time, either through our Newsletter, or by other channels, Valerie Confections offers special online discounts.  You must have access to any current Discount Codes to be able to take advantage of these offers, which do not apply retroactively.  Discount Codes must be entered at the time of your purchase, and you may do so in the Shopping Cart, on the first page of the checkout process.  If you’re having trouble redeeming a Discount Code, please first check the expiration date to be sure the code is still valid; if it is, and you are unable to redeem the Discount, please contact us at 888-706-1408, from 10-6, Monday through Friday, and we’ll be happy to assist you.                

SALES TAX

Federal and State regulations require we charge Sales Tax on all of the merchandise that we sell online, although all of our edible items are non-taxable.

 PAYMENT OPTIONS

Currently, orders may be purchased by using American Express, Mastercard, or Visa; or by redeeming a Gift Card.

EMAILS ABOUT YOUR ORDER

After placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation, with the details of the order.  If you do not receive an email shortly after placing your order, it’s possible that the order was not properly finalized, and that we have not received it.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been placed, you will not be able to cancel or  make any changes to your order online.  For reasons of food safety and perishability,  we do not accept returns or exchanges on any food items.  If you’ve would like to return any of the Merchandise from our site, a 20% restocking fee will apply; your method of payment will be credited once we have received the Merchandise, in new condition.  If you need to make changes to an order after it has been placed, but before it has shipped; or if you would like Return Authorization on Merchandise,  please call us at 888-706-1408, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
