Black & Blue Truffles

These truffles were inspired by our seasonal Black & Blue Jam. Blackberries and blueberries are combined with a smooth chocolate ganache, hand cut into squares, and hand dipped in bittersweet chocolate. Each piece is decorated with a dusting of dried blueberries.

Blushing Berry Truffles

These truffles were inspired by our seasonal Blushing Berry Jam. They are made by combining fresh raspberries, rhubarb, rose petals and Chambord with a smooth chocolate ganache. Each square is hand dipped in bittersweet chocolate and dusted with dried raspberries.

Champagne Truffles

As with many of our creations, our Champagne Truffles are a modern interpretation of a classic confection. Molded in milk chocolate shells, so as not to overpower the delicate, smooth ganache centers, these truffles are an exceptional bite-sized indulgence.
