Toffee at its best

This assortment from Valerie Confections, a new Los Angeles-based company, takes toffee to another level, enrobing crisp, delicate toffee in a layer of Valrhona bittersweet chocolate to marvelous effect.
The classic toffee is the best rendition we've ever tasted. The almond fleur de sel toffee is a revelation. Ginger, mint, orange and almond aren't bad either.
