Toffee taken to elegant extremes

"Although not a chocolatier per se, local toffee maker Valerie Gordon handcrafts chocolate--enrobed confections of such impressive quality that it didn't seem right to leave them out. The buttery toffees come in several flavors, including almond fleur de sel, ginger and mint. They're packaged in elegant boxes, an expiration date handwritten on each one."
