The Classic Cake Collection pays homage to the greatest desserts of a bygone era. Our latest addition to these no-longer-lost desserts is the Scandia Cake.
Scandia’s Restaurant was the national epicenter for Scandinavian cusine from 1946-1989. Located on Sunset Boulevard in an expansive mid-century building, Scandia saw a veritable who’s who of Hollywood during it’s heyday. The apple cake was the star of their dessert menu, a unique layered cake filled with roasted apples, almonds, “cake crumbs” and topped with a generous serving of whipped cream.
Please note that our cakes may require 48 hours notice and are only available for pick-up or local Los Angeles delivery.
