Our company began in 2004, offering 6 different flavors of artisanal toffee. Among them, the Almond Fleur de Sel was a standout, and has continued to be so popular that we're finally offering this single flavor box. Our Almond Toffee is made by hand in small batches with the finest ingredients, including organic California almonds, then dipped in Valrhona bittersweet chocolate, and finished with a sprinkling of Fleur de Sel. Reviewers have described this toffee as "a revelation" (Leslie Brenner, Los Angeles Times), and “the perfect combination of the sweets holy trinity of Butter, Sugar and Salt" (Evan Kleiman, KCRW). We couldn't agree more.

    Look no further

    We love everything from Valerie Confections but our family favorite is the Fleur de Sel Toffees! The impressive packaging makes you feel like you’re opening a gift! The toffee is perfection; each substantial, crisp bite is both sweet with a touch of salt - it’s divine!

    Pieces of Heaven

    The dark chocolate almond fleur de sel toffee was heavenly. I bought 13 boxes to give out at a corporate luncheon and received glowing reviews. The chocolates arrived promptly and well packaged for the hot weather we were experiencing. I will definitely order from Valerie Confections again

    Disappointed

    Was told I wasn’t able to do my usual order of (6)bittersweet chocolate (6)!rose petals.

    The Classic

    This is the treat that started my Valerie Confections Obsession. great toffee, let alone the chocolate and the boost from the salt. I just love these.

    Not really your fault

    The package was left on my front porch (we use a side door) on the hottest day since July and no one saw it till I got home from work. Sadly, some sort of wild life gnawed through the box and started the party early. I wasn't happy, but y'all are not to blame.
