I ordered your chocolates based on a review in the NYT. because I was worried about the product being shipped during the very cold weather, I contacted your customer service department and they assured me they would watch the conditions and get the chocolates to us in time for Valentine’s Day. They arrived in time, in perfect condition and were terrific. We had an excellent experience with Valerie and will be ordering again.
